Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags still attached, where applicable
- Not damaged, marked, washed or altered
- Returned with proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No worries.
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it and exchange it for the correct size, provided the item is unworn, unused and in original condition.
If the size you need is out of stock, we can offer a refund, store credit or help you choose another item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
