Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please make sure your name, email address, shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout. Agriculture Aust is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if there is an issue with stock, pricing, payment, suspected fraud or any other reasonable concern.
Payments
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, busy periods or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, Agriculture Aust is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return policy.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition and returned with proof of purchase.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item within 30 days and exchange it for the correct size, provided the item is in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, is unsafe, does not match the description, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

We do our best to display product colours and designs accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting or device settings.

All content on this website, including logos, photos, designs, text, product images and branding, belongs to Agriculture Aust unless otherwise stated.

Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes and promotions may have expiry dates, conditions or exclusions.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.

Agriculture Aust is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, except where required by Australian law.
